My third and hopefully final EDH, based around the most unique and powerful legend I can think of, Doran! He flips the whole table on its head with his unique ability.

He makes bad cards good, good cards great, and purely-aggro cards suck.

I decided there should be a huge reanimator theme, as well as a tribal Treefolk theme. I've got a few combos, and toolbox critters to get back anything that dies or gets cycled. Or milled...

I tried not to make it too OP. This is meant to facilitate beginner decks, and improve their cheaper, big-butted creatures with its presence. I wanted a deck that was not necessarily a pile of rares, but rather, a deck that makes commons good. It shouldn't be too dependent on durability, as you can just bring them back at a moment's notice. But it's not annoying either. I've found it hard to strike a balance.

I've been working on getting the pieces and mana base for this deck for YEARS. I've got so many cards that were meant to go in, that there isn't room for all of them! So this may not be the final version. I wanted it to be awesome, yet humble. I wanted to have a $275 general out on the field and play a deck that almost doesn't match.

It's an extremely flexible deck, and I could put in anything I wanted. If I find a novel or humble way to do something that isn't hostile or by rare-merit, then I will do it! I'm fairly committed to the tribal theme, and anything that could improve it further without making it insane.

I want this to be what I play against new decks to not intimidate or overpower them. I may outlast, but never will I be throwing a double-digit fatty or a real Voltron at you. I have other decks for that! It's also meant to be fun without endless durdling! I want to enjoy playing a deck that few would ever consider as threatening, and still be safe.

The main reanimation engines are Reveillark, Karmic Guide, Deadbridge Chant, Colfenor's Urn and Sun Titan. Everything else revolves around making big butts and swinging with them.

I have almost every conceivable card in my collection to support or be supported by all these cards. Yes, even Wall of Putrid Flesh. And Oathsworn Giant. I can go basically anywhere with this deck, if anyone has any suggestions for build. Everything in the deck that isn't Treefolk, big butts, ramp, buffs, or reanimator is for defense and removal, so everything goes. I know there's a lot I'm missing, I just wanna keep a balance so it's not weak to anything.
