That a dimir control/combo deck, the point is to stop ur opponents to pop out when needed and protect ur combo pieces. The combo being Cabal/Urborg and untap coffers several times a turn to cast a big X spell to OS everyone, note that if u turn primal amulet into a land u can store several copying mana and have like 3 torment of halfire x=27 on the stack and usualy that instant win lol. If an opponent make infinite life u can still mill him out with mind grind.
