The deck has over 200 different infinite combos and many strategies to shut down other decks whilst giving you the upper hand, or just flat out win the game. Marath allows for politics by placing counters or pinging damage on creatures/players at instant speed. And deathtouch/land animation makes him a force to be reckoned with. He can be used to do nearly anything, and his colors support all types of ideas. With that in mind, his deck has a few fall-back stax type combo(aura shards/living plane/basilisk collar) but is mainly geared towards infinite combos on turns 2-4.
