Here we have the judge Selenia where she rules over on how she wants to take or give life depending on how she's feeling. The dark Angel herself uses all of her resources just to see how your opponents have been acting during the game..if she chooses she can either take a life, hurt them till on the verge of zero, or on rare cases even bless a fellow player because politics.

Another one of my old edh decks that I've had forever based on pure life manipulation. It's always being updated, and this is one I will never take apart.

This deck is based on pure life manipulation, while you down your life to either 0 or really low you can just change it up with one of your opponents by using one of the many life switching cards. It also has a life life gain sub-theme so you can win that way as well..but mostly this deck wants to be low on life when you're all set up. You're life is key to making your decisions in this whether it be for victory, drawing cards, or even playing politics..because with switching any players life on the table or heck make them instantly lose.."Oh I have phyrexian unlife and have zero life..while boom we just switched life and now you lose". With that scenario activate life gain on that since it also counts as you gaining life as well. Selenia's effect is one of your main win conditions when since you can pay as much life as you want before bouncing her back then say you drop near-Death experience as an example to get your win, she's your main outlet in many of your combos but not necessary to win. This combo and pure hectic life manipulation is politics at one of it's finest.
