Tried to make a Lazav deck somewhat budget-ish. After messing around with TCG I can get the price down around $150. There is a lot of synergy with this deck. While I like to build around the Commander's ability this deck can run without him if he gets not worth it to cast. I added some new card that I thought helped do this.

For example Traumatize+Keening Stone is just re-damn-diculous.
