The battle plan:

Spend the first few turns casting cheap ramp and draw spells like Skyshroud Claim and Brainstorm. After you have 5 lands, you should try to cast Kruphix, God of Horizons as soon as possible. Next, cast or tutor into Prophet of Kruphix or Seedborn Muse. In a multiplayer game, this will give you massive amounts of mana. Prophet of Kruphix is better if you have creatures in your hand you want to cast, but Seedborn Muse is better if you have a Doubling Cube on the battlefield. With Seedborn Muse and Doubling Cube, you should have almost infinite mana. Other cards like Bear Umbra and Mana Reflection should help you get the mana you need. You should sink most of your mana into cards like Braingeyser or Genesis Wave.

Win conditions include:

Craterhoof Behemoth or Overwhelming Stampede

Cards like Braingeyser to deck your opponents.

Cards like Braingeyser to deck yourself with Laboratory Maniac on the battlefield.

Other Synergies:

Deadeye Navigator + Mystic Snake can lock down the game.

Eternal Witness + Evacuation can lock down the game, plus it goes infinite with Omniscience.
