Literally did this on a dare, trying to make a decent mono white deck as i'm bored in isolation, friend suggested this boy-o. This'll be something I have to come back to. At the moment its basically just a hodge podge or good things thrown together, so its definitely got potential to be better. It doesn't have much in terms of a win con, but you've got a heliod//ballista combo in there, as well as approach of the second sun. The Heliod//Ballista combo should be easy to get to, With things like "Enlightened Tutor", "Idyllic Tutor", and "Inventors fair/Expedition map". "Weathered Wayfarer" Is in there too, as another form of land tutor. If you can use that twice, go for "Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx" and "Inventors fair" for sure. Good luck with it if anyone does try this deck. Its definitely not the worst thing, and I don't mind playing it. one thing I can say is you shouldn't ever have troubles with mana!
