Maybe for a little context: Kentaro, the Smiling Cat
And the awesome black one: Toshiro Umezawa

Kentaro, the Smiling Cat was put in as a samurai creature card - I am looking for suggestions for replacements and/or other options on this deck build

why do you have Kentaro, the Smiling Cat when playing a mono white deck

Think about adding Kentaro, the Smiling Cat so you can play Isao, Enlightened Bushi or Fumiko the Lowblood, Bushi Tenderfoot / Kenzo the Hardhearted might combo well with Isao, Enlightened Bushi to flip it.

The first deck I ever built was actually a changeling super tribal deck. So I love your deck here! For some suggestions: I would take out Eye Gouge for Misery Charm. Same cost, same effect in this deck + additional options. Lovisa Coldeyes will give a nice boost and keyword. Seahunter, Moggcatcher, and Skyshroud Poacher all do the same thing, but I think at least one would be a good addition. Consider some of the other "Warchief" lords from Scourge. I see that you already have Mistform Warchief in here, but the others could be good too, especially if there are other non-changeling cards that you want to cast for cheaper in the deck. Didgeridoo to cheat your dudes in to play. Whelming Wave and Quest for Ula's Temple would be good. Kentaro, the Smiling Cat to use any color of mana to pay for creatures. Swarmyard is good but the card is a little expensive. Coalition Flag is just a funny card to use. Rashida Scalebane is a good assassin. And maybe even Borderland Behemoth for a big-ass finisher. If you want more tribal tidbits try either of these 2 Tribal Resources. Anyway, +1 from me, hope some of these suggestions were helpful!

Typically, when playing a Collected Company deck, you would add more creatures to your deck to increase your chance of hitting two creatures. With only 10 "collectable' creatures in your deck currently, you have well below a 50% chance to hit two creatures, as shown by the graph below.
Collected Company Graph Show
Before going any further with the deck, you should really decide where you want to go with it. You could shape to fit a traditional tribal shell (see Slivers or Elves). Another option could be for you to focus your deck on a few, powerful Samurai with some equipment, removal, and protection without Collected Company.
Normal tribal decks tend to play Aether Vial, a powerful card if played on turn one, as it allows your deck to maintain speed and momentum in the early to mid game. Playing two creatures a turn as opposed to one creates many more explosive lines of play in a tribal deck. Moving into white with this strategy, Bushi Tenderfoot, Kentaro, the Smiling Cat, Hand of Honor, and Konda's Hatamoto seem like proper additions to the deck.
One problem that I see with running Samurai is it's lack of lords (creatures that buff all your same-tribe creatures, such as Lord of Atlantis in Merfolk) and offensive presence, as Bushido is a defensive mechanic. You will have trouble finishing off games quickly with this deck compared to all other tribal decks in modern. Some extraneous lords that you could include that aren't necessarily Samurai include Metallic Mimic and Adaptive Automaton.
If you decide to go with the less creature-centric deck, Time of Need is a fantastic card to go with your Legendary creature toolbox. Lightning Bolt is an efficient removal card, check out the Sword cycle for great equipment to go with your Samurai.
Hope this deck works out for you and can become more competitive, good luck and hope I could help :)

You're missing some of the best samurai, friend! You should get a set of Samurai of the Pale Curtain as well as a fourth Hand of Honor. They can get a lot of early damage in and outfight other creatures for most of the game. Konda's Hatamoto is another creature I'd strongly recommend four of - it's quite easy to have a legendary samurai in play cheaply. It's flat-out better than Inner-Chamber Guard, for instance.
I'd also try to get a copy or two of Sensei Golden-Tail in there, as he's a two-mana legendary for the Hatamoto, and also gives you something to do with your mana later on. You can keep targeting the same creature with his ability to keep giving them more instances of bushido (having bushido 1 three times is identical to having bushido 3, for instance.) Maybe run a single Kentaro, the Smiling Cat, too - not because you'll need his ability, but it's worth making sure the Hatamoto is buffed! I dunno if Opal-Eye, Konda's Yojimbo is any good, but, um... he's cool.
Lastly, Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho seems like an obvious inclusion. The +3 power will let your mid-sized creatures compete even in the late game, and since they're all samurai, even trades in combat will become favourable for you. Try it out!

if you actually read this, type your favorite Michael Jackson song. (Go Smooth Criminal) If you don't have one, What's wrong with you?
What makes an Unplayable commander?
I'm using EDHREC'S list of Unplayable commander's. They are commander's that have less then three decks on tapped out, you can find the list here.

How does this work?
I'll randomly select a commander. I'll build the rough skeleton. You send me suggestions for weird cards for it. And we'll cut it down and ship it. Let's put the minds of the internet to the test
Why would you build around (Insert bad commander) when you could play (Insert better commander in the same archetype or colors) instead, what's the point?
First off the object should not be to just build good stuff with X. If we're building Rohgahh of Kher Keep we aren't building R/B good stuff. We're building around Rohgahh of Kher Keep. Weird drawbacks and neat side effects and all.
Because if you limit yourself to just the best deck of their colors, you limit yourself to 30 decks in the entirety of the format (Mono color, guilds, shards ect), But the great thing about commander is that there are hundreds of ways to build around one commander. I can build Zedruu the Greathearted as a prison deck, a evil santa deck, a group hug deck, Heck I could build voltron Zedruu, Sky's the limit.
So instead of simply looking at the cards and seeing what they aren't, let's look and see what they bring to the table. No matter how bad it looks. No matter how weird it is.
Plus it'll be a lot of fun.
TLDR; What's the deck already
You know we've had too much good in this series. We need a crappy commander again!
The only real interesting thing about this card, Gatherer states this is a Human Solder Warrior. That has to be worth something??????
As always any Suggestions for the deck, feedback, Liking and spreadage of the word is great appreciated!
Here's the previous decks if you wanna stroll the Asylum. Ranked for best to worst.
Not the worst?
LOL at least you tried
