A UR/Izzet deck focusing on robustness and non-combo dragon mayhem. A few features:

• Nice suite of useful U & R dragons.
• A growing number of Grozoth tutor targets (Expropriate, Dragonstorm), looking to possibly expand on this (Blasphemous Act, Clone Legion)
• Multiple Timetwister effects for deck redundancy (see also Back from the Brink, a sleeper card in my opinion). Combine with Cyclonic Rift for maximum effect.

Things to work on:

• Removal is rather weak; things like Vandalblast, Imprisoned in the Moon, and Pongify might find their way in.

Conditions to making this deck (anti-EDHREC):

1. No infinite combos
2. Commander not in top 10 most played commanders in color combination.
3. No "I win/you lose" cards
