Blue/Black Ravnica Block Constructed

All of the decks in the "A History of Water" folder were me just fooling around, trying to learn about each block's blue cards by building a deck out of them. I mostly didn't take cost or rarity into account. While I mostly did mono-blue, a few blocks focus enough on multicolor that I added in black, and this was one of them.

I imagine many of the elements here were pretty standard for milling for this block. Glimpse the Unthinkable does most of the milling, and Dimir Infiltrator can functionally tutor for it.

Seal of Doom, Stinkweed Imp, Disembowel and Hex are there for destruction when it runs into trouble. Psychic Drain mill, but more importantly, it gives the deck life back when it's in trouble.

Circu, Dimir Lobotomist and Szadek, Lord of Secrets are obviously quite good once they come out. Belltower Sphinx makes for a good blocker who also mills a bit.

Currently, this deck's win percentage is 24. It is ranked 96 out of 101 and is a candidate for elimination once the SOI block enters in.
