Dark Petition = Griselbrand. My playgroup is fine with me running him since the deck isn't combo dependant.

Mill yourself until you get key cards in your graveyard then reanimate for the cheap beats.

Lots of removal to help control the board and to also get cards in your opponents graveyards then reanimate to steal.

To make the deck more budget friendly, sheoldred and griselbrand can be replaced by other beaters like Reya Dawnbringer or Artisan of Kozilek
