Big Frog deck, doing the land stuff.

One combo that's pretty easy to resolve is Dakmor Salvage + Exsanguinate + Skirge Familiar it's best to do this if you have Kozilek in your hand that way you don't have to shuffle and restart

Also a rather complicated and drawn out combo would be to have any discard outlet out, then discard Dakmor Salvage and dredge. If you hit a land you respond to the draw trigger by discarding Dakmoor and dredging and building draw triggers. Eventually you will dredge or discard Kozi and you'll need to shuffle, but that's fine. You can discard or dredge out kozi and put a shuffle trigger on the stack, which you should let resolve or someone may try to exile your fat stack of a graveyard. You then keep doing this, building up enough draw triggers to draw your deck + a few more cards. Once you have no library you can cast Dark Ritual and then discard Kozi. Discard lands if you need, but you should have a lot of draw triggers left over. pretty much your gonna cast Dark Rit and discard Kozi till you have around 800 black in your pool. Then cast Praetor's Grasp. You're gonna do what you did with Kozi and Dark Rit, but this time no dark rit just Praetor's Grasp. Do this until all cards are exiled from your opponents deck. Now isn't that a combo. I just played and it made my head spin trying execute it, but it works.

Or you could just dredge the shit out of your deck, shuffle and repeat then Bitter Ordeal that works too.

What're they gonna do, counter you? PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT Just start the dredge machine back up and do it again. But in all seriousness if your graveyard gets exiled you're fucked. Good thing you have a big ass eldrazi to smash face though.
