This is a modified Mind Seize deck using Marchesa, the Black Rose as the commander. The deck is a budget, I'm not looking to spend more than $10 on a card for it. The goal of the deck get the most out of Marchesa's ability to grant dethrone, and bring back dead creatures with +1/+1 counters on them. The deck is a work in progress, I threw it together with just the cards I had on hand.

Added a few combos and a wincon. The Bearer of the Heavens plus any sacrifice outlet or removal card, destruction of all other permanents. With Marchesa bringing back all of my creatures naturally. Jalira, Master Polymorphist + Marchesa = free creatures.
