Naturally the new Queen Marchesa has to be the ruler on the top.

Atm I am gathering ideas here. Later I will cut down to the most important.

• Ghostly Prison/Sphere of Safety -> A despot simply needs a prison
• Blind Obedience -> Because that's how good citicens should be
