The Lord of Locusts Arise again!

This is a Wheel variant of the Locust God with a Group Hug feel to it. Your opponents will think you're helping them out by letting them draw new hands, until they realize they'll never get time to cast those hands before you strip them away again.

This build cycles through your deck very fast, while creating insects and dealing damage through several enchantments. It can turn sideways and attack with boosted insects while dealing direct damage for each attacking, or it can sac them off for damage or mana. There are several cards included to help recycle your graveyard back into your library when you burn fast and hot and don't want to deck yourself.

I added The Dragon Throne of Tarkir to really boost the army. If Chasm Skulker to Toothy is out, these are perfect targets for the throne.
