This deck explores the synergy between Avacyn and boardwipe spells, such as LD effects. Also this deck rellies on an voltron theme, so the number of equipments is higher than traditional Avacyn themed-decks.

The basic strategy is to ramp as soon as possible using artifacts, such as mana generators (Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo, Gilded Lotus), mana doublers (Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power) and ramp cards (Solemn Simulacrum, Burnished Hart, Kor Cartographer, Terrain Generator).

Along with Red, White is well known for its poor draw resources, so this deck uses land tutors (Armillary Sphere, Tithe, Expedition Map) for card advantage. Repeateable land tutors (Land Tax, Journeyer's Kite) shine here!

Secondary cards play an important role in the deck by strenghtining your board presence, especially before Avacyn hits the table. Avacyn has a high mana cost, so make sure build up your defenses with creatures and equipments in early game. Mirran Crusader and the hate "birds" Aven Mindcensor and Hushwing Gryff become fearsome when equipped.
