My current build of Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, built from the Saheeli, the Gifted precon.

Took me a while to get most of these cards... but I'm feeling pretty content with how this turned out. Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter with Grapeshot is the usual combo, though I want to add in Guttersnipe. If not Grapeshot, then Commune with Lava and Thassa's OracleGC along with the Dramatic Scepter combo. I know, Urza would probably be better, but I would be tempted to include the standard Urza stax pieces.

Blasting Station + Krark-Clan Ironworks + Salvaging Station is the main way to win in this deck, with Flayer Husk being the ignition. (This card is just TOO GOOD!)

Altar of Dementia + Krark-Clan Ironworks + Salvaging Station along with, again, Flayer Husk for infinite mill

Still thinking of another win-con, though. Maybe Hellkite Tyrant?
