Helping a buddy build his first commander deck and we have a budget. I'd like him to have something that can keep up with most casual decks but has the option to improve into a stronger and even cEdh deck over time. He likes creature tribal, hence the slivers and since the first sliver is a tier 1 commander in cedh it has plenty of room for growth. Please let me know about any budget improvements or just reasonable improvements he can start making once he begins upgrading.
