Synchronous Sliver

Creature — Sliver

All Sliver creatures have vigilance.

There are several Sliver I think your amiss in dismissing:

Bonescythe Sliver, for cheap double strike.
Brood Sliver, for massive Sliver production.
Harmonic Sliver, for artifact/enchantment removal.
Heart Sliver, for cheap haste.
Magma Sliver, for massive gains.
Manaweft Sliver, as a backup Gemhide Sliver.
Necrotic Sliver, to turn every Sliver into a Vindicate.
Shifting Sliver, to make your team unblockable.
Sinew Sliver, as another Muscle Sliver.
Virulent Sliver, to only have to deal ten, not 40.
Winged Sliver, for more flying.

Other Slivers you might consider: Basal Sliver, Cautery Sliver, Darkheart Sliver, Essence Sliver, Groundshaker Sliver, Horned Sliver, Spined Sliver, Spitting Sliver, Lymph Sliver, Megantic Sliver, Opaline Sliver, Psionic Sliver, Pulmonic Sliver, Screeching Sliver, Sedge Sliver, Sliver Legion, Sliver Queen, Sliver Overlord, Synapse Sliver, Synchronous Sliver, and Syphon Sliver.

Tribal stuff:
Cavern of Souls, obviously.
Descendants' Path, if you want to go heavy tribal.
Metallic Mimic, for extra buffs at low cost.
Obelisk of Urd, for more huge buffs.
Stoneforge Masterwork, for massive tribal buff.
Belbe's Portal
Urza's Incubator
Patriarch's Bidding

You should consolidate your creatures to include 4 of slivers that stack such as Predatory Sliver, Diffusion Sliver, and Leeching Sliver. Sinew Sliver is modern legal. You should also have 4 Galerider Sliver since it grants the best ability for the lowest cost. Getting 2 in a game is good because it will be the first target for removal.

You have way too many lands and should drop to 20 and increase to 4 Manaweft Sliver.

You should cap your curve at 3 to make this truly aggro and not include more than 1 or 2 of anything that costs more.

Constricting Sliver is generally a waste of space because of the high mana cost and your focus should be dealing lethal damage before this ability even becomes useful.

You should drop Synchronous Sliver and Shadow Sliver altogether and add more Sentinel Sliver. 4 Blur Sliver is also way too much. 3 mana for haste is not useful or efficient.

I would trade the Hive Stirrings for more 1 mana slivers as well since that is more cost efficient. And 4 Sliver Hive is a must.

Winged Sliver isn't modern legal and the Galerider is hands down better.

Over time you'll realize that lowering your CMC is the most important thing for this deck. Slivers only weakness is spot removal and most decks can keep pace with a creature per turn by either removing or placing their own threats. By turns 3 and 4 you should be putting down 2+ slivers per turn, not going up your curve.

I hope this was helpful. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback thecakeisalie42!

I have been considering putting a Distant Melody or two in for draw, I'll test it out, maybe instead of the expensive Synchronous Sliver that never seems to live long. (if it makes it to the table at all...)

Thanks again!

I just played your deck against my pauper deck here: A Blue Deck Without Any Blue

Verdict: Your deck is much more explosive than most of the "Weenie" decks I've tested against. However, it runs out of steam very quickly. Could I recommend a more powerful draw spell than Preordain? Synchronous Sliver also just got bolted/removed every time it hit the field. Maybe run a bigger (changeling?) bomb.

Still a fun deck, +1. Didn't know there was an NSFW tag on tappedout XD

Swapped out Synchronous Sliver & Blur Sliver for Screeching Sliver & Wild Pair. Let me know what you think

You should take out some creatures perhaps for some of this:

Cryptolith Rite

Prismatic Omen

Training Grounds

With so many creatures try Genesis Wave or Primal Surge.

Take out Ghostflame Sliver probably unless you want to try something like All Is Dust. If you plan on trying this also consider adding Mystical Tutor.

Patriarch's Bidding.

Synchronous Sliver you could replace for Sentinel Sliver.

Descendants' Path

Phyrexian Arena

Vampiric Tutor

Enlightened Tutor

Supreme Verdict

You could give land destruction cards a try too perhaps. If you have Manaweft Sliver and or Gemhide Sliver you will be fine. Examples are Wrath of Godor Armageddon

If you are splashing for Hive Stirrings may I suggest that Sinew Sliver and Sentinel Sliver are worth considering (in my opinion ahead of Stirrings. Sentinel would be a quicker alternative to Synchronous Sliver, albeit with a slightly smaller body. Sinew Sliver is the third common lord and I don't need to say any more than that.

Great deck though and +1 for a fellow sliver enthusiast
