Vampire tribal commander deck. Suggestions are welcome, provided they're within my budget ;)

Update sept 2017: changed a lot. Basically since people quite dislike Olivia up to a point where they rather give up than play against her, I made Edgar Markov the chief and let Olivia be part of the 99. That gave me access to white, so I now also have Sorin, Lord of Innistrad in the deck, as well as some other cool cards from C17, like the uber-flavor card New Blood.
