Brago's Blinkening Emporium

This is my current build of Brago, King Eternal. Brago is all about blinking permanents. For this reason the deck relies on enter the battlefield triggers as well as abusing the ability to tap artifacts twice at least in a turn. The deck relies heavily on Brago due to his sheer power but it does not need him to win. The deck mainly prolongs the game with a slight stax package using winter and static orb etc. to keep the game going until we can get a draw engine going with Brago. Once a card that lets you draw is being blinked every turn it is only a matter of time until you can start exiling/destroying permanents with cards like Reality Acid.

The main gameplan for the deck is to play Brago quickly, hopefully turn 2 but 3 at the latest, and then the following turn play a spell with a nice enter the battlefield trigger. Something akin to Oath of Jace. You want as much artifact ramp as possible on the field at this point. This is because after the Brago engine has begun its time to throw down a stax lock with Winter Orb or any other stax piece. Once this occurs, you get to use all your artifacts twice a turn as well as drawing more cards to out-value your opponents.

The deck has a few wincons in it. The easiest one to pull together is to have an artifact that taps for blue (Talisman of Impulse, or a Sol Ring/Azorius Signet combo) and play Stasis while Brago is already on the field. This allows you to pay for stasis with the artifact, attack with Brago and blink Brago himself as well as the artifacts and pass the turn. Your opponents do not get an untap phase so if you're lucky you can catch them with all their lands tapped and they'll pass the turn after drawing. On your upkeep since you've blinked the mana ramp you can pay for stasis again. This makes a hard lock on the game where you can keep stasis paid indefinitely.

The most famous way to win with Brago is to have Brago, Sol Ring (or any combination of artifacts that tap for a total of 2), Strionic Resonator, and any enter the battlefield effect card. This allows you to have infinite blinks of all of your permanents. The way this works is to

1) Attack with Brago

2) Tap Sol Ring and pay for Strionic Resonator and tap it. Copying Brago's blink trigger

3) Let the copy resolve and blink all of your nonland permanents that you want to.

4) Now that the copy is resolved, in response to the original Brago trigger, tap your now untapped sol ring and Strionic Resonator to once again copy the original trigger.

This combo results in all of your enter the battlefield triggers happening an infinite number of times if you so choose. This makes Wall of Omens draw your whole deck, Venser, Shaper Savant to bounce all opponents permanents, Cloudform to manifest your whole deck.

The slower way to win is to hard cast cards like Reality Acid or any of the Rishadan Trio and try to hit your opponent's lands. If you can get one of these out fast enough, blinking them is truly brutal and usually makes scooping inevitable.

I am currently testing out a Flash / Laboratory Maniac package. The plan here is to get the strionic resonator infinite combo while also having a way to tap for two Blue mana, one of any color, as well as a draw engine. This can be accomplished rather easily. Once this happens draw the entire deck, cast flash to play labman, paying 1 Blue so that he does not sacrifice himself, then proceed to draw out the library for the win.
