This is a Naya ramp/combo deck that uses Sanctum of Eternity + Zacama, Primal Calamity or Temur Sabertooth + Zacama, Primal Calamity to generate infinite mana by untapping at least 12 mana worth of lands with Temur Sabertooth or 13 with Sanctum of Eternity. You need nine to cast Zacama, two plus Sanctum of Eternity to activate it, or just two for activating Sabertooth, returning Zacama to your hand, and then one last land so that when you cast Zacama you net one mana each cycle.

Ideally you have either Shivan Gorge or Blind Obedience to dump your mana into to win the game but worst case scenario you can still gain infinite life and destroy all non-hexproof or indestructible creatures, artifacts, and enchantments.

The bulk of the deck consists of basic ramp spells like Cultivate and Skyshroud Claim, land tutors like Crop Rotation and Hour of Promise, mana doublers like Mana Flare and Dictate of Karametra, board interaction like Path to Exile and Wrath of God, protection for your combo in the form of Silence or Veil of Summer, and card draw like Harmonize or Rishkar's Expertise. This current list isn't totally focused because I play a couple of pet cards like Zetalpa, Primal Dawn or Etali, Primal Storm.

A fine tuned version would likely play more enchantments like Ghostly Prison Mesa Enchantress and the various land enchantments for more ramp, card draw, and protection.
