A deck focused on interacting with the table to “police” and using Tasigur’s ability to reuse spells. You can use politics to get the answer you need by choosing an opponent who would benefit from you policing. For example, you could choose an opponent who would lose to someone else’s combo piece to pick the right card from your graveyard so you can then answer the threat.

The deck can win by infinite combos or by grinding people out. We can make infinite mana by using Grand Architect + Pili-Pala or Arbor Elf + Freed from the Real and Breeding Pool + Utopia Sprawl (naming Blue for Utopia Sprawl). Keep in mind the first infinite mana combo gives us mana of all colors, while the Freed from the Real combo will only give us infinite green and blue mana if you use Breeding Pool (infinite black mana can be achieved with Overgrown Tomb or if an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is out when your forest is enchanted).

Then we can use Tasigur's ability to mill our whole deck and do a few different infinite combos. One involves using Tasigur to recur two spells that we cast repeatedly- Beast Within, targeting all our opponents’ permanents, and Reality Shift, hitting the beast tokens (and the manifested tokens) until all opponent libraries are emptied. The second combo is casting Aetherflux Reservoir and then casting different spells repeatedly (using Tasigur to get them back) until we have enough life to blast everyone at the table. The third, new win condition I am adding to the deck is Laboratory Maniac. It's perfect for a combo that mills itself out of cards.

Some powerful card draw engines in the deck are: Necropotence, Life from the Loam and the cycle lands like Lonely Sandbar, Nezahal, Primal Tide, Mystic Remora. These will get you ahead in card advantage so you can interact with anyone problematic. Also note this deck runs Notion Thief so you can stop anyone else from out drawing you (just be careful of someone else combo-ing off and making you draw your whole deck and mill out)!
