Nekusar, The Mindrazer ~$100 Budget EDH v5.0

This is a commander deck for my budget commander group. We try to keep things around ~$100, not counting basic lands.

This is a deck built almost entirely around Nekusar's ability, and similar effects. The idea of the deck is to place draw and discard manipulation permanents into play, then use various effects to wheel hands. Effects from my permanents trigger when drawing and/or discarding happens, and wheeling causes this to trigger several times. I'm open to any suggestions.
