Well it seems like those shadowy beings sure messed up big time by letting the wrong person survive. ;D

After pouring many, many hours into developing the decklist, my creation is complete! Behold: a very reliable Kaalia deck that is competitive (follows both US and French bans) that can excel in 1v1 and in multiplayer. The deck has one basic path to victory but many different options. The deck does amazingly well with its Commander. However, she is not necessary if something does happen to her. The deck has high speed, good disruption, solid draw, and solid recursion allowing it to attack the opponent strategies from many angles. The deck also features a ETB and Blink subtheme that gives the deck more resilience to removal. This deck is semi budget oriented. I only buy cards that are less than $30 with a strong preference for less than $20 per card so no original ABU Dual Lands, Dark Confidant, Liliana of the Veil, Iona, Shield of Emaria, and so on. Any that are above the TCG value of $30 were traded for. Additionally, to make the deck a little more casual friendly, the deck does not have any mass land destruction, tuck effects, Counterspell variants, planeswalkers, turn one mana rocks - I am looking at you Sol Ring, no Necropotence, or any infinite combos. This is pure Aggro/Midrange people. :) Anyways, I made the deck because this is the General I have had the most fun playing with so far while still keeping a competitive edge, and I hope you enjoy viewing or using my decklist.
