This deck concentrates mostly on stealing your opponents creatures right off of the battlefield. In a four person pod you can potentially steal everyone's commanders pretty quickly.

The commander Marchesa, the Black Rose can keep commanders from returning to opponents just by having them attack the player with the most life. Getting blocked could get the commanders killed and then they'll just return to your battlefield. I think this also makes their cost keep rising.

The "maybe" section contains some good upgrades such as Consecrated Sphinx for card draw. I was trying to keep the deck cost down as much as I could while still making the deck do its job so some good cards were left out of "main".
