The idea is to have a budget deck with Rashmi as the commander, using it more as a value engine. Counter and tempo spells give us time while drawing more options at the same time, some cards protect Rashmi which is key for the deck to function. Hopefully we manage to copy if with Spark Double and get double triggers. Finally, a few big bodies with Trample could close the game (there's a Vizier of Many Faces to make up for better options.

Please comment below and help me improve the deck. Advice on commander staples are welcome, but please try to keep them on the budget level. :)
