Also take out Clear the Mind, Twisted Image, Prescient Chimera, Apprentice Wizard, Rakshasa's Disdain, Neutralizing Blast, Memory Lapse, Arcane Melee (It'l probably help your opponent just as much as you), Corrupted Grafstone, Grip of the Roil, and Hedron Crawler.

The deck should now have 99 cards in it plus the commander. Good Luck with it!

Consider also adding counterspells to your deck so you can protect your board from removal. Negate, Counterspell,Neutralizing Blast, Swan Song, and Spell Pierce. Additionally Go for the Throat is a solid removal piece.

This looks pretty interesting to play as a budget deck. I can see that some of the Instants and Sorceries will be affected by rotation, but the creature base looks like it will last a while, and no issues on the manabase!

On the creature side of things, I can see that you are keeping a pretty low curve but have you thought about something like Skitterskin as a curve topper? Maybe as a 2 of? I can see how you are getting benefit from part of Conduit of Ruin but the first half of that card is having no effect for you, and is a 6CMC card.

At rotation, Spell Shrivel might be an idea to replace either Neutralizing Blast or Disdainful Stroke as it gives you more fuel for your Processors. Murderous Cut you could perhaps replace with Titan's Presence althought you may want to keep your Conduit of Ruin in for using that.

I have a couple more ideas if you want them, but there are a few to chew over. I will have to make sure we get a game in Standard soon!

Okay just brainstorming on the way out the door:Early drops

Typhoid Rats, Heir of the Wilds

Counterspells

Disdainful Stroke, Neutralizing Blast, Ojutai's Command

Removal

Murderous Cut

I don't know what I would do really, probably just run more counterspells. It occurs to me that you're running several one-sided Fog effects, so having some creatures (even Typhoid Rats) would be okay.

Going to 25 lands might be a good idea too. Evolving Wilds and the Khans tri-lands might be good options.

I really dislike Brave the Sands in this type of deck even though it works with Dragonlord Ojutai. It still doesn't protect you from Crackling Doom or sweepers. You should def run more counterspells. Scatter to the Winds is great as a 2 of. You also have little to no early removal or board control. Valorous Stance isn't as good as it used to be. And a 4 of, is quite lack luster in multiples during a game. I would rather see Stasis Snare in here as at least a 3 of. Yes it doesn't work that well with Narset, but you don't need it to be. Icy Blast is good as probably a 1 of. If you're only using it for aggro match-ups, Encircling Fissure is just better, it can also give you a creature. There's no guarantee with the little amount of counterspells that you have that your dudes will stick for the ferocious to matter. Also, play more Arashin Cleric! It works very well with Ojutai's Command and helps out tremendously against aggro. Neutralizing Blast and Harbinger of the Tides are not value. I would say you could also make room there for better cards that fit most match ups. Silkwrap for example...premiere card against Jace and Hangarback (along with the previously mentioned Stasis Snare. And Negate is just too good to pass up here! It's probably strictly better than Stubborn Denial for the simple fact is you need early game spells to interact with what your opponent is trying to do. And it's just clearly better in a control mirror match. Another good spell against aggressive matches, which is what control lacks the most at is simply Horribly Awry. For 2 mana, simply counter their creature, all the way from Siege Rhino down for a mere 2 mana. And it exiles it. This is just a straight amazing card against Abzan and most Jeskai builds. You have a lot of potential here, but there's a reason why Ojutai Exemplars isn't being played...it gets outclassed. It's a better creature in a proactive deck than a reactive deck, which is what your deck is, reactive. Something like Monastery Mentor would be soooo good in this deck. Just some thoughts for you to process, think over, and do what you will with them.

Yea in my local meta right now it is very creature heavy so it's worked well so far. That being said there are some powerful control players as well so I put Scatter to the Winds Dispel and Neutralizing Blast in my side board. Negate in this deck has been an absolute all star. It's funny I have actually begun considering a esper deck here probably just a splash though as I really only want Utter End and that Planeswalker whose name I can't remember at the moment lol
