Toying around with a list for a tempo-based Canadian Highlander deck. The idea of the deck is to play efficient low-drop threats, and then disrupt the opponent with counterspells, removal, and tempo-based disruption. The deck also has a few key combos that can make life incredibly difficult for opponents, while being very powerful disruption tools on their own. (Isochron Scepter w/ orim's chant, Derevi w/ winter orb).
