My Asmadi deck designed around Primal Surge.

Asmadi's ability helps go through my library and also allows me to have control of the board. Most of the intent of the deck is to control and extend the game long enough to pull off the combo while also maintaining threatening pieces that synergize well with sacrifice. I personally enjoy the randomness of Asmadi's ability but also understand it can be inconvenient depending on what my opponent's flip. When Primal Surge does go off, some of the key cards are Moraug, Fury of Akoum (for multiple combats after PS resolution),Avenger of Zendikar (creature generator during PS resolution), Pathrazer of Ulamog and It That Betrays (for whittling away at boards during combats), and the multiple haste enablers to make the combat damage possible. Otherwise, many of the creatures on their own are able to beat down opponents and focusing with Asmadi can allow me to commander damage the players I need to if I'm missing some of the key components in the Primal Surge.
