Mono-blue ramp deck! Controls the board while you ramp into big nasty spells and the most potent Eldrazi, with a clone/theft sub-theme. Teferi, Temporal Archmage is amazing as a commander. Untapping 4 permanents every turn is extremely potent. With a few rocks in my starting hand I've often been able to use him to drop one of the big Eldrazi as early as turn 3-4.

Suggestions are welcome and appreciated! That said, the deck is built to work with Teferi, so I'm not really interested in changing commanders (I think a lot of people underestimate his power just because he was originally the commander of a pre-constructed deck).

Also, fetch lands ARE good in mono-color decks. Shuffling is a thing! I suggest you try it out. And The Chain Veil was left out on purpose because it's too easy a combo for my tastes (with Teferi and a 2-mana rock), but I have it in the sideboard in case I'm up against a bunch of other combo players.
