Decided to change my commander from Liesa, Shroud of Dusk to the partners of Krav, the Unredeemed and Regna, the Redeemer. With them I get lifegain, a sac outlet, card draw and token production all in the command zone which helps synergize with the deck better than Liesa.

Made some big changes fo the list to accommodate the increased speed of the format. Cut Apex of forever for Ox to give the ability to discard unwanted cards stuck in hand. Trying Tome scour and breaking / Entering again. Cut most green and updated Mana base to splash red. Also made some sideboard changes that I'll be testing over fhe next few weeks

Well, Taii is insane. I was able to get two turn 5 wins and after about 6 hours of play using her in about 5 different games, I won 4 of them. I was even able to win on my opponents Upkeep since he used Teferri's Protection while I tried to storm off on my turn. Here's what I noticed. 1: I think I'm going to look at taking out 1 or 2 of the pingers. Maybe just Thermo-Alchemsit. With 8 pingers in the deck I never had a game where I needed to go find one. I'm going to replace them with blink effects. 2: To finish games faster, I need MORE acceleration. I need to dump more mana into Taii for larger damage faster. I'll be slotting in a couple blink effects for Dockside Extortionist. The phase out cards were great but phasing doesn't get ETB's. Other than that, Neheb the Eternal was an absolute monster. Easily the secret commander for a storm build. This deck has HUGE advantages that Boros can struggle with. Having the impulse draw from red is nice but I don't like whites because it's too conditional. Using Taii as a draw engine was just useful for so many games. End the Festivities type cards are insanely overpowered. Blow up 1/1's or tap for 1 or 2 mana to wipe out the most common toughness and just draw into whatever you need consistently. This was an absolute blast to play and I'll be pimping this deck out with all full art foils. This is easily one of my all time favorite decks to pilot of my 15 that I have.

Added Deadeye Navigator to the maybe board at the recommendation of Kidkay. Would most likely replace Rakdos, the Showstopper to maintain average cmc.

Changed 6 cards, 3 lands, 3 nonlands. removed sylvan library, prowling serpopard and verdant, sun's avatar and 3 forests. Added Vaultborn Tyrant, Disciple of Freyalise  Flip, Railway Brawler, Cactus Preserve, Shifting Woodland, Monstrous Vortex. Monstrous vortex is already putting in work. tyrant or brawler may get cut for Prowling Serpopard if I get countered too much (I don't think it will be a big problem)

First Game Night

The deck did not perform like I wanted. Played it three times, and lost all three times. I was able to eliminate players, but could never draw my game winning cards. The first game was two precons and a Nico Bolas theme deck. I knocked out the two precons (LCI Pirates and MH3 Eldrazi) but the Nico player won that one. Second game was Margar, Cyrus, and the MH3 Eldrazi precons. The Margar comboed off turn four. Third game was The Mycotyrant, Breena, and the MH3 Eldrazi precon. I accidentally bullied the Eldrazi player with a Decimate and got hated out for that one. I took out the Eldrazi player, Breena got Mycotyrant and then me. Overall the night was very meh. Lost six of the seven games. Slivers is what won me a game, but one of the players got so salty that he was shaking and hated me out of the last game. Wouldn't let me do anything. I digress; I think the deck's faults were the mana base, not beefing up my squirrels enough, not drawing really any of my anthems, and lack of protection spells. Ugin seems very problematic with this deck which proceeded to wipe me all three games. Might have to go back to the drawing board with this one, but we will see. I am going to wait to change anything major with the deck until Bloomburrow comes out and see what Squirrel support I get in green/red. I also noticed that at any given time, the average squirrel count was not very high, I think I would have three or four squirrels at a time, with the most being seven. The tap search lands did not play a huge roll in the deck, so I think I will swap them for basics and take out a few of the dual lands that enter tapped unless there is a way to get around that.

For shame, 'tis! Some splendid cards must languish. I have removed Fleshbag Marauder, an Island, and Moment of Truth. In their place, I have added Accursed Marauder, Fell the Profane  Flip, and Warren Soultrader.
