Xyris wheel fun.

This commander seems more group hug than it has to be built. The deck idea is based around dropping mana dorks, casting wheels, and destroying opponent's lands and mana resources. If i'm going to let them draw cards in exchange for my snake tokens, i want to deprive them of mana to cast those cards. Any ideas for this let me know, more than willing to look at other ideas to build this commander and ways to improve my own ideas for it.
