I agree with the previous comment: Llanowar Elves , Elves of Deep Shadow , Deathrite Shaman , Elvish Mystic , Fyndhorn Elves , Birds of Paradise and Arbor Elf are all good enough to run. I suggest running at least four of them, if not more.
Outside your enchantments, you seem rather light on card-draw. Including the Diabolic Intent from the Maybeboard would begin to solve this problem, as would running other tutors like Demonic Tutor , Diabolic Tutor , Dark Petition , etc. Other ways you can combat this are by running things like Night's Whisper , Sign in Blood and Sylvan Library . Thought that last one is expensive nowadays, you can combo it with Underrealm Lich and get three cards a turn (the replacement effect means you never actually 'draw' a card).
Veil of Summer is an excellent second-order counter to include in a green deck.
You may have luck with Pox / Smallpox killing your opponents' creatures. As far as I can tell, Smallpox is a lot better in that it doesn't decimate you the way Pox does (thus it's easier to build around), but Pox can be funny, too. Innocent Blood is similar.

Sandwurm Convergence would be useful late-game. Brooding Saurian might be a good utility piece. Homeward Path is better but $$. Verdurous Gearhulk maybe? Rhonas the Indomitable and Predator Ooze might make good blockers.

I will say, land destruction is my least favorite mechanic. I understand why it exists, and in some cases it is necissary. that said, blink-riders in standard was one of the few times that I ended up taking over a year long break from magic.
oddly, land hate wans't always (or even primarily) red. black and blue had some solid hozing abilities right at the start.
Erosion and Psychic Venom were punishing as hell for early game, and while it may not destroy the land, Phantasmal Terrain does mess with mana bases pretty well. Evil Presence and Blight helped round out Sinkhole for black. red had Stone Rain, Boil, Flashfires, and Fissure. blue had Volcanic Eruption and Acid Rain, (to counter act green's Tsunami, or Desert Twister). White had color hate for days with Drought and Conversion to name a few
oddly enough, the color pie was really into opposing color hate and ally color help at the start.
I don't think it was really until urza's block that red came to the forefront. and what a forefront it was. Wake of Destruction. as in, "see that mono colored deck over there? END THEM."

There are some inclusions in the deck that I don't completely understand and seem like bad cards to be playing, especially in a format as crazy as commander. Why are you playing Scapeshift but not the Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle + Prismatic Omen combo? I understand it's a good way to get a bunch of landfall triggers, but you would be much better off with Life from the Loam in this slot. LftL is an auto-include in any lands-themed deck and you should be playing it. Army Ants seems way too cute and a very bad card for the political climate of a commander game. You can only take out one land every turn cycle, and the person you hurt will be salty with you. Since you seem to be going with an MLD theme, I would run Jokulhaups instead. Dragonmaster Outcast is way to slow and fragile. Cut it for Splendid Reclamation. Elvish Rejuvenator is just a bad Wood Elves. Ember Swallower is a bad card. cut it for better MLD. Same goes with Invader Parasite - it's a cute card, but doesn't make nearly enough of an impact for commander. Scute Mob - see dragonmaster outcast. I reccomend cutting it for Deathrite Shaman. Exsanguinate seems bad without Cabal Coffers+Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or Vault Skirge+The Gitrog Monster. I would cut two basics for the aforementioned lands and Invader Parasite for Vault Skirge. Rites of Spring - I understand that this card is in here to work with your commander, but it's a bad card. Cut for Squandered Resources which also works well with Exsanguinate. Tsunami and Choke - is there a mono-blue player in your playgroup? If not these are just bad cards as a lot of the lands people will be playing, even in a two-color deck, are not islands. Path of Discovery seems like a bad card to me - I haven't actually played with it and I understand it works well with angry omnath, landfall dragon and avenger but if you don't have those cards it feels awful. Why is Conjurer's Closet in your deck. Unless you have one of your ~6 ETB creatures it sucks. Cut for Kodama's Reach. I would play Constant Mists over Eternity Vessel. Hope this helps!

What decks do you go go against, Choke, Carpet of Flowers, Tsunami, Boil, Boiling Seas, Flashfires, Omen of Fire and Ruination are all good options depending on the group, and Magus of the Moon, Blood Moon, Blood Sun are also great cards
