At first glance it seems like a mill deck which we all know is not a good offense in EDH. For one it makes you a target and for another that's a hell of a lot of cards to remove from a library.

So anyways this deck is mostly a control style deck with some mill to have a full graveyard for you to utilize and to aim for killing your opponent is commander damage.

I treat it like a mono blue deck with a splash of black for flavor.
