What's better than casting a bunch of spells?

Casting spells twice.

This deck has three main wincons

1. Conspire and/or duplicate a huge damage spell like Banefire

2. Create a token army and crush them with Beastmaster Ascension

3. Impact Tremors

Obviously, I have too many cards currently in the deck and I need some help with suggestions on what to cut. Substitutions are also welcome as I'm sure there are a couple of cards that I might have missed. Since I'm trying to stick to a relatively low budget, expensive cards are definitely welcome for suggestions, but will be put on the maybeboard.
