I loved the idea of a value based commander that synergizes with the graveyard that is also in the Sultai color palate. That's pretty much what this deck is. Basically, the place that Muldrotha shines is when she allows you to abuse cards with powerful ETB or on death triggers and you can just continuously cycle through those cards. So in addition to your plethora of value cards you've also got things like Plaguecrafter to kill your opponent's things and then Mindslicer can just lock them out of the game while barely hurting you at all. So you can use your value cards to gain yourself an advantage, and then use your interactive cards to keep you alive. The main way that you actually close out the game with the deck is by using an infinite mana loop that involves using Muldrotha, the Gravetide, a card to copy it (Dance of Many or Phantasmal Image), a reanimation enchantment (Necromancy or Animate Dead), and finally, Lion's Eye Diamond. The way the loop works is you first you need Muldrotha, the Gravetide in play, you then need to play Lion's Eye Diamond and sacrifice it for 3 {U}, then play a way to copy Muldrotha, the Gravetide out of your graveyard using 2 of the 3 {U} (net 1 mana) and let the original go to your graveyard because of the legend rule, you then replay LED out of your graveyard and then use it to make 3 {B} (the new copy of Muldrotha will allow you to go for another round of replaying permanents from your bin), finally you use the 3 {B} to cast a reanimation enchantment out of you bin to reanimate Muldrotha, the Gravetide. This loop will allow you to create whatever arbitrarily large amount of mana you like and once you have that amount of mana you can keep doing the Muldrotha loop without the Lion's Eye Diamond (this will allow you to replay whatever artifacts you want with the loop) because you don't need to net mana anymore. You can then use that mana to either make a massive Walking Ballista, or infintely sac and replay a creature to Altar of Dementia and mill your opponents using your Muldrotha loop. Also since we are in blue and black, might as well run the Thoracle combos since you can play Thoracle out of your bin.
