Theory crafting using the upcoming Jhoira, Weatherlight Captian as the commander.

The plan of the deck is to cycle through your deck casting a bunch of low cost artifacts and mana rocks to draw cards to get your storm count up. With paradox engine it should be almost impossible to fizzle due to the mana can be used to cast Pull From Tomorrow or Blue Sun's Zenith for a lot. You can then win with Banefire, Grapeshot, or Labratory Maniac. Counterspells are added to protect your spells while comboing off.
