Saheeli Sucker Punch is a control deck that suffocates your opponents while arming Saheeli, the Gifted 's second +1 to drop bombs.

Paradox Engine and Unwinding Clock keep control cards from impacting you, and they untap your mana rocks during your opponents turns.

A strong engine requires either Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain or Vedalken Archmage with Mycosynth Golem + Mycosynth Lattice . Drop a Thopter Engineer and swing with everything.

The deck can also punish your opponents really early, but be sure you can win otherwise you're a dick. Get Saheeli, the Gifted by turn three and by turn four your can play either Devastation or Destructive Force . You can also play All Is Dust , but you'll lose Saheeli, the Gifted - make sure to have a strong board of artifacts.
