Possible Combos:

1) Ghave, Guru of Spores + Ashnod's Altar + Cathars' Crusade = Infinite mana, Infinite saprolings, Infinite Ghave, Infinite "dies"-triggers

Swap Ashnod's Altar with Phyrexian Altar or Utopia Mycon for only infinite Ghave, Guru of Spores and infinite "dies"-triggers. If you add one of the token doublers ( Parallel Lives, Anointed Procession and Doubling Season ) you can still get infinite tokens and infinite colored(!) mana.

2) Ghave, Guru of Spores + Ashnod's Altar + Juniper Order Ranger = Infinite mana and saprolings, Infinite "dies"-triggers

Swap Ashnod's Altar with Phyrexian Altar for "only" infinite "dies"-tiggers. If you add one of the token doublers ( Parallel Lives, Anointed Procession and Doubling Season ) you can still get infinite tokens and infinite colored(!) mana.

3) Ghave, Guru of Spores + Ashnod's Altar + Sigil Captain = Infinite mana and saprolings, Infinite "dies"-triggers

If you swap Ashnod's Altar with Phyrexian Altar or Utopia Mycon while using Sigil Captain you need one of the token doublers ( Parallel Lives, Anointed Procession and Doubling Season ) to get any bonus out of this combo.

4) Sporemound + Life and Limb = Infinite saprolings, Infinite Forests (= infinite green mana)

it is very important that you have any sac-outlet when you get this combo, as it creates an infinite loop which will result in a draw if it is not stopped. Destroying the Sporemound is probably better, as Life and Limb still leaves you with saprolings that are also forests.

Neat tribal interactions

This deck features two different tribes: Fungus and saproling. Of the two saprolings are obviously better supported, but the fungi are still very important for support. Also it is not really possible for this deck to take one tribe without the other.

Conspiracy naming "saproling" will grant you the ability to sac any creature to your fungi like Deathspore Thallid. There exists the fringe case in which you maybe want to name "fungus" with Conspiracy: When you have Thelon of Havenwood out, as you then can exile every creature from your 'yard to get spore-counters on every creature to buff your team.

Mirror Entity works in the same vain as Conspiracy. It gives you the bonus that your creatures are both saprolings and fungus-type. It has the clear disadvantage that only the creatures on the field get the bonus. If you have a lot of mana (see the combos above) you can also get a big team.

Other things to note

Doubling Season is obviously a very strong card. This deck works with +1/+1 counters, Tokens and also spore-counters. All of these things get doubled.

Contagion Engine proliferates your +1/+1 counters and spore counters.
