This list is inspired by (and almost certainly worse than) the Arcum Dagssonlist by LabManiac_Sigi, and I am open for suggestions. Of note, this list is intended to be competitive so be aware of that if you are making suggestions. Combos and how to assemble them:

Scrap Trawler + Myr Retriever Line

1. Sacrifice an artifact creature to find Paradox Engine. Cast another artifact creature or any spell if you have one already in play. Paradox Engine triggers, untaping Arcum Dagsson. Sac the other artifact creature to find Citanul Flute. Tap the flute for zero and get any zero cost artifact creature (Ornithopter, Memnite, Shield Sphere, or any others that you may chose to run). Cast that zero cost artifact creature. Paradox Engine untaps Arcum and Flute. Sac the artifact creature to Arcum and get a mana rock that produces three or more mana (Mana Vault, Basalt Monolith, or Grim Monolith are the ones I run). Tap Citanul Flute for zero again and get one of the remaining zero cost artifact creatures if you don't have the ability to produce enough mana to go for the combo. If you have enough mana to go for the combo, tap all of your mana rocks and pay two mana and get Myr Retriever. Cast the myr retriever, which triggers Paradox Engine and Arcum+mana rocks+flute untap. Sacrifice Myr Retriever to Arcum and get another mana rock, it doesn't matter which one at this point, and return a zero cost artifact creature from your graveyard to your hand. Tap all of your rocks for mana again and pay three mana into Citanul Flute to get Scrap Trawler. Cast the card:Scrawp Trawler which triggers Paradox Engine once again, and Arcum+mana rocks+flute untap. You can now demonstrate the loop by sacrificing the Scrap Trawler to Arcum (get any artifact, once you run out of artifacts or no longer want to search you can fail to find a non-creature artifact) and return Myr Retriever to your hand with the Scrap Trawler trigger. Cast the retriever and Paradox Engine will trigger, untapping all your mana rocks, Arcum, and Citanul Flute. Sacrifice the retriever and get back Scrap Trawler. Repeat this process until you have enough mana to kill the table by tapping Citanul Flute for zero and finding Walking Ballista. Ping all of your opponents until they die with Walking Ballista

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth Line

Assemble Citanul Flute + Paradox Engine the same way as you do in the previous line. Tap the Citanul Flute for zero and get a zero drop. If you have any mana rocks or dorks in play tap them for mana before the Paradox Engine trigger which untaps them as well as Arcum and the flute. Sac the dork to Arcum Dagsson and grab Basalt Monolith. Tap it for mana (floating three colorless) and then tap the Citanul Flute for zero again and get another zero drop. Cast it and trigger Paradox Engine, which untaps Arcum, basalt monolith, and the flute. Sac the zero drop to Arcum Dagsson and find Rings of Brighthearth. Tap the monolith for mana (six colorless floating). Untap it using three of the colorless (three colorless floating). Rings of Brighthearth triggers and spend two more to copy the untap ability (one colorless floating). In response to the second untap, tap monolith for three more mana (four mana floating). The monolith untaps and then you can repeat this process until you have enough mana to tutor and kill with card:Walking Balista
