First pass at a Muldrotha deck, mostly budget that's focused on getting repeat value out of everything it can. Trying to keep it mostly to things Muldy can get back, with as few instants and sorceries as possible. Muldy is bound to be a big target so there's some redundant reanimation effects, a few of which will help cheat mana costs of bigger targets.

Any suggestions are welcome, but keep in mind this is a budget build. I know Snapcaster and Liliana of the Veil would fit right in but I'm not made of money, lol!
