This is a commander deck that I am working on that's all about milling the opponent until they can't draw any more cards. There are plenty of card in here that synergise with that and will let you cast their spells and creatures from their own graveyard, such as Wrexial, the Risen Deep. You may ask yourself why I chose to use Dralnu, Lich Lord as the commander of the deck instead of, let's say, Szadek, Lord of Secrets, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, or especially Phenax, God of Deception. The simple answer to that is that I personally think that Dralnu is one of the more underrated commanders for milling decks. If used correctly, his ability to give ANY instant or sorcery flashback is very useful with cards like Traumatize, and can be paired nicely with Swarm Intelligence for a nasty combo. The other commanders I mentioned are on the side board, just in case you want to switch them out for Dranu if you are going up against a deck you think one of them might be better against.

Some of the good combos in the deck:

Altar of the Brood + Deadeye Navigator + Cloud of Faeries = Infinite milling combo.

Swarm Intelligence + Traumatize + Dralnu, Lich Lord = Half mill and then another half mill.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank + any mill effect = losing life and then that many cards.

Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank = lose life and then that many cards

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal = Keep untapping all lands.
