Faeries and wizards and NOPE! oh my.

This deck is my first attempt at an esper control EDH deck. The goal here is to shut down my opponents, by using my commander or counters, until I can take them out. I have done my best but i am having a bit of trouble with the editing of the deck.

I tried to force flash and instants as much as possible to allow me to hold my whole mana pool till the last minute.

Untap mechanics and bounce are very important, because my commander is not terribly useful if i can't untap her, and ETB effects are faerie bread and butter.

win-cons are:Cloud of Faeries + Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx + Oona, Queen of the Fae : by bouncing cloud of faeries, or returning it to my hand (Glen Elendra Pranksters, Cloudstone Curio), I can mana ramp like no other. I can then dump that mana into Oona, and create multiple faerie tokens near instantly. Which can be boosted by Glen Elendra Liege , or Oona's Blackguard . Can also tie in Faerie Swarm for an alternative.

Merieke Ri Berit : As straightforward as stealing the opponents win-cons and using it against them. Similar in effect is Beguiler of Wills , Puppeteer Clique, and Guile just a slight work around to it.

Strengths: control, creature management, potential diplomacy, flying.

weaknesses: the draw is possibly lacking for a blue deck, the deck is purely reactionary and its strength is reliant upon the decks it plays against. hexproof, shroud, and protection can really shut down the win-cons.
