This is my fun, trolly, budget commander deck I plan on making. Despite some cards being on the fence of "budget," I am already in possesion of that specific card or I have the ability to trade for that specific card. This currently is the version of the deck that I'm playtesting with. If there are any suggestions on changes, mention them and I will see. Just remember, I don't have my pants stuffed with hundred dollar bills :).
