What I have so far is a relativley high cmc ghave deck. Im looking to increase this decks efficiency and ramping abilities.

Current combos are Ghave + Sack Outlet + 1 1 counter generator. http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/woodland-cemetery/ The deck needs a lot of help and advice. Also the mana base needs work. How should I proceed?
