My take on the Voltron Auelia deck. Suit her up and swing. No combos just straight up aggression. I run enough tutors I never have to play her without boots and there are enough creatures to swing a sword this deck is never down for long.

Slow Them

We are in Borgos colors this puts us at a severe disadvantage with this deck just with the severe lack of ramp spells and card draw spells. Our rocks are very susceptible to artifact wipes and our draw almost always comes at a cost to us as well. The solution is play things to even the board and slow down my opponents.

Grand Abolisher and Price of Glory make it very difficult to interact with our board. Meanwhile Ajani Vengeant, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Blind Obedience and Aven Mindcensor really slow down our opponent’s mana dorks and fetches.

Suit Up

Once we are ahead beat them down. Never play Aurelia without some shiny shoes, Lightning Greaves, or Swiftfoot Boots. The swords are great at drawing hate but bring protection with them making removing Aurelia even harder. Sunforger is probably the most useful weapon in the deck. It tutors out and plays Boros charm whenever needed giving everything instant indestructability. Umezawa's Jitte is just candy getting double counters every time she swings.

Allies

Nahiri, the Harbinger is amazing. She isn’t outwardly threatening so you can almost alway plus her and drop an equipment or creature bomb, Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder is usually my go to but I will also go for Godo, Bandit Warlord and get both an extra combat step and a shiny toy, or if my board is already good Sublime Archangel and just kill someone.
