This is my Aminatou Commander deck that uses the Manifest and Miracle mechanics. Animatou is the centerpiece, enabling the proper cards are manifested or miracled.

There's a handful of Enters the Battlefield cards for her -1 flicker ability but for the most part she wants to +1 so she stays out. She survives many reset buttons like Austere Command and Akroma's Vengeance so use them liberally.

The best individual card to manifest is Phyrexian Dreadnought - you can turn it face up for 1 generic mana and it's a 12/12 trample with no drawback (manifest bypasses the ETB downside).

All in all, it's a fancy deck that's difficult to play with a high skill cap.
