The biggest limitation on Kess is that you can only cast one spell from your graveyard on your turn. How do we get around that? Make every turn your turn. Will people like you? No. Will they scoop as soon as you cast Time Stretch, regardless of whether Kess is on the battlefield or not? Yes. To make everyone feel even worse, id there a storm sub-theme? Of course. Worried about the other players winning before you can pop off? Don't worry, you're playing Grixis with a flashback commander.
