Mono Black Vampire tribal with a foiled only restriction. It has a bit of everything: a couple of infinite combos, an instant kill one time combo, synergistic buffing for direct combat augmented by voltron parts, everything can be used for high commander damage with evasion, and lastly there should be enough ramp to end game with Torment of Hailfire.

Modifications: The deck has a heavy Zandikar lean already but can be turned Zandikar Vampires only tribal. It also has options to be tuned down by removing some OP cards, or tuned up by including cards that hasn't been printed in foil.
